SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on both U.S. and international orders. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within a few days of placing your order.

Preorder items are expected to ship within 1–3 weeks of placing your order, unless a different timeframe is listed on the product page.

These timeframes cover order preparation, not delivery. Delivery time varies by destination and carrier.

ORDERS CONTAINING PREORDERS

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and preorder items, everything will ship together once the preorder items are ready.

If you would like available items shipped sooner, please place separate orders. Shipping charges apply to each order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept return or refund requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as described.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or choosing the wrong size when the correct item was supplied as described. Please review product details and sizing before ordering.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos to help us review it.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.
