Shipping and delivery

LOVERS STUDIO ships to U.S. and international destinations available at checkout. Customers are responsible for shipping charges, which are displayed before payment.

ORDER PROCESSING

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within a few days of placing your order.

Preorder items are expected to ship within 1–3 weeks of purchase, unless a different shipping window is stated on the product page before ordering.

Processing times describe when an order leaves us, not when it arrives. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

MIXED ORDERS

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and preorder items ship together once all items are ready. To receive available items sooner, place separate orders. Shipping charges apply to each order.

DELAYS

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any applicable options to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees not collected at checkout. Customs processing may delay delivery.

ORDER ISSUES

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly through our Contact page if you need a correction or if your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged. We will review the issue and work with you and the carrier toward a resolution.
