Welcome to LOVERS STUDIO. These terms apply to purchases through our shop, together with our Shipping and Delivery, Returns and Refunds, and Privacy policies.

PRODUCTS

Please review each product’s description, sizing, price, and availability before purchasing. Colors may appear slightly different across screens; this does not affect your rights if an item is materially different from its description.

PREORDERS

Preorder listings identify items that are not ready for immediate dispatch. The expected shipping window appears in the listing or our Shipping and Delivery policy.

Orders containing preorder items ship together when all items are ready unless separately arranged.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The checkout displays the order total, including shipping and any taxes collected there, before payment. International import charges not collected at checkout may be payable separately.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

ORDER PROBLEMS

If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute an item or increase the amount charged without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund the affected purchase.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

LOVERS STUDIO branding, original artwork, photographs, and written content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except as permitted by law.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Updated terms apply to future purchases and do not retroactively change an existing order.
